A little long haired Chihuahua dog named #102 is sitting in a steel cage at a local dog shelter. Dog #102 writes in his diary. Dear Diary: I'd like my human to have a big two story mansion with a big gated yard and lots of trees to wizz on. And he should have a big yacht to cruise around the ocean. I should be served caviar and champagne. Meanwhile human dog shoppers look for a rescue pet at the shelter.
A boy named Kyle Robbins seems cool. #102 really likes him and shows off giving Kyle his paw. Kyle is amused by the charming pup and decides to take him.
The local shelter lady worker encourages Kyle to take #102 before he realizes what a terror #102 is. The lady worker asks her boss who is the manager for advice. Tell him how charming he is and tell him his story of how he was found on the side of the road left alone to parish.The shelter manager immediately tells the lady to give the guy paperwork and have him sign it. Klye can't believe the rough life #102 has had and feels sorry for him. The dog smiles and pretends to me to be a very nice sweet and quiet dog. They are so happy to get rid of #102. They wave by to the nightmare dog leaving with his new human owner. They wave bye. "We hope for good!"
Kyle takes #102 home and decides to name the little Chihuahua Mr. Bandit. Mr. Bandit is excited about his new home and his new owner. Kyle introduces Bandit to his new home and shows Mr. Bandit his little bed. But Mr. Bandit has his own ideas and jumps on the big bed. Kyle and Mr. Bandit have different visions on how a dog should sleep in the house.
Kyle has to go to work and leaves Mr. Bandit all on his home. Mr. Bandit soon has anxiety when Kyle leaves him alone. Mr. Bandit writes in his Diary. Dear Diary: I have a cool new name. I am going to explore this place. Boy oh boy I am hungry. I am going to look for something to eat and then chew on something.
Mr. Bandit soon makes a mess in the kitchen. Soap spills on the floor and Mr. Bandit's paws make footprints on the floor. Next Mr. Bandit goes into the living room and pulls apart the couch pillows. Mr. Bandit bored goes into the bedroom and discovers the closet. Mr. Bandit finds leather shoe treats. Mr. Bandit chews up Gucci Loafers and several shoes. He doesn't feel well from eating leather and goes to sleep on the big big.
Kyle comes home to a messy house and discovers Mr. Bandit asleep in his bed. Instead of being angry Kyle is loving to Mr. Bandit. Kyle negotiates that Mr. Bandit has to behave from now on or he will return him to the shelter.
