We recorded this episode prior to knowing how this past week would pan out, and feel that this topic is so important now, more than ever.
Support systems can be found in many different places; in industry work, out of industry work, in industry friends, out of industry friends, given or chosen family, and of course, the big one, yourself.
A main take away from this ep. is when one support system isn't fulfilling what you need, that you know where you can look to next for support during those seasons of time.
As we move through these next few days, weeks, years, we'd like all of you to know that you matter, you are important, and that your art matters and is important. No matter what it is, no matter who you are, you are here for a reason, and you deserve love and support. And lets also be that support system for others when lucky enough to be given the opportunity.
