Episode 2:

Where has all my time gone?

The episode we are building off of last weeks exercise on Priorities and Finding your Happy Place.

We are trying out another exercise that helps us see our week broken down by blocks of time, time that when seen on paper, we can start to see what we are making a priority by how much time we are committing to them. From there we can start to recognize what needs to shift to meet our more balanced lifestyle. Then additionally we can start to identify areas where we can find for ourselves, take a nap, read a book or take that workshop you have been trying to fit in. These little spots can help to build real clarity on finding your happy place.
