Description

As an academic I know I always have to start by defining my terms, this is not an academic podcast so I'm not going to do exactly that, but I do use this episode to explain I understand coaching.

Coaching is about feeling seen and someone holding space for you, putting your interests and goals at the centre of the discussion.

Coaching is about learning to listen to your body, to feel your emotions and know what it's telling you.

Coaching is about figuring out what you want, being asked over and over what YOU WANT. It feels so good to be supported in that way - to give yourself permission to be cared for and to dream.

Coaching is about revealing your subconscious thoughts and then taking action from a place of intentional thoughts.
