Description

Thanks for tuning into the first episode of Joyful Climate Writing!

This is a podcast series about using the power of self-love to take action and share stories on living within planetary boundaries.

My names is Dr Katherine Ellsworth-Krebs. I’m a social climate scientists and life coach! I’m excited to be able to share my personal journey and learning from a decade research sustainable living and three years of coaching.

This podcast is for you if you want to know what social climate scientists are saying about what we need to do in relation to the wicked environmental and social issues we're facing. This isn't just about us as individual recycling. No, this is the big stuff. This is about the radical, societal transformations us focusing on what social scientists have agreed on for years.

This podcast is also for you if you want to take more climate action and find how you are best suited to be a magical agent of social change. That means, of course, starting by filling yourself up. Because if you're not full and overflowing with energy, then you can't make the changes that you want to see in the world. It has to start with you.

Finally, this podcast is for anyone who wants to WRITE and tell stories of change. I love writing and want to share the tools that made me believe writing, even academic writing, is FUN and EASY. I want to share how you can show up fearlessly and start sharing your stories. Because we need more stories about climate action. We need to be talking about how to live joyfully within planetary boundaries.
