In today's episode, Denise covers shares her story of discovering intuitive eating, what is gentle nutrition and 3 core areas of gentle nutrition.

There is a myth out that there that says that Intuitive Eating ignores just nutrition...that is NOT the case. In fact, it is actually quite the opposite. 

Science does show us that nutrition is important, but you have to learn to take that nutritional information and trust yourself.
