Then we jumped into his childhood struggles with weight and his addiction to video games

working out and running became super important to him when his role model “older brother” type picked him up and brought him to the gym everyday

Keto he tried for about a year but he felt restricted now he does OMAD (one meal a day) … 23 hours of fasting

Workout regimen especially around fasting… he works out everyday! either during his lunch break or after work

he does mostly bod- building but does circuit training and lots of running
