Fifteen years in management with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company helped shape how management consultant Douglas Brooks looks at problems – and solutions.
He has developed a 52-week plan for managers to develop greater customer-focused teamwork, to motivate and to retain top employees.
Mr. Brooks has put his ideas into a new book with the blunt title, “If This Book Doesn’t Help, It Might Be You.”
