• Four steps to overcoming stress
• “You have to really confront those negative thoughts”
Stressed-out by the job? Or just life in general? There’s a four-step method to calm down and be productive again.
And it starts with a simple question: “Says who?” says meditation and life coach Ora Nadrich.
“You have to really confront those negative thoughts that want to bring you down, that want to sabotage you,” says Ms. Nadrich. “Saying something like ‘says who?’ keeps you pretty well-armored to be able to face those kinds of thoughts.”
She says that by facing a negative thought with a question, one can find out if it’s true — or if it can be simply let go.
Ora Nadrich talks about stress and her methods of coping with it in this redux edition of the CVBT Audio Interview via Skype.
