Electric Cars! 2030 and all must go is what the UK government is saying, but what do Ryan and Sam think of the practicality of this in the real world?
The lads delve into the UK and European cut-off date for the production of petrol cars, the feasibility of electric cars for low-income individuals and families, the practicality of charging these vehicles if the whole UK had one, the ethical implications of mining resources in poor parts of the world to create batteries for these supposedly green and ethical vehicles and how dam right ugly they are at the lower end of the cost spectrum. As usual, The lads get into the empty space inbetween a bit too much, talking about Ryan's new best friend, Man United legend Wes Brown and Sam's new best friend, Thundercat!
PS: The documentary Sam mentioned on Cobalt is actually a book, not a documentary. Check it out here.
