How quickly it can ALL change…

I have to admit, yesterday I was in a “funk”. Things weren't going as planned and while little things started to stack on each other, I became less and less optimistic.

Needless to say, I didn’t have a very productive day and it was nobody’s fault but my own.

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying…

“Life is 10% what happens to us, and 90% how we react to it”

Yesterday was a perfect example of that statement.

But like I said, it is funny how quickly things can change.

After coming off a down day, a day that for the lack of a better term, sucked.

This morning I ended up on a video share meeting with my real estate agent partners in Utah, and just like that, I was back on top, ready to go.

There is something about teamwork and collaboration that gets me fired up.

I don’t know if it is from the years of playing team sports or what, but when I see a group of people come together, it just fires me up.

Especially when I get to be a part of it.

As we sat there sharing thoughts and ideas on how we could continue to get our strategies in front of agents who are ready to start treating their real estate business, like an actual business rather than just “selling homes”, we started coming up with some amazing ideas.

Some were brand new and others have been in the works for a while.

Either way, it was able to get me out of my “funk” and validate how important the system I am creating is.

The earlier agents start to realize that they’re going to need to add to their existing arsenal when it comes to ways to generate revenue streams the better off they will be.

And the longer they will be able to last in the industry.

That is why I am planning for it now. So when they make the transition, I can help make it as easy as possible for them.

It is kind of unusual that I am building something that agents don’t even realize that they need yet.

But knowing that it will be something that can help them in a way they never thought possible before, now that, is…

Why I’m Excited For The Future"
