Co-workers are just who we are, CO-WORKERS! Be careful not to fall into the therapist-type of co-worker. People will throw their problems on you like a part-time job. I for one want allow it, nor will I put up with it. If I'm just getting to know you, and you float me with your problems. I'm running for the hills. The work environment is just that! People will abuse good relationships, because they feel like everyone suppose to listen to their problems. Girl bye-bye! Listen as I give my two since about this matter.
