You are saved if you have believed in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. Jesus Christ said, “No one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again” (John 3:3). When you believe in who He is and receive Him as your Savior you are born again. Believe is not something you do over and over. You make a volitional decision to believe in Jesus Christ and you are saved. Once saved, always saved. You can’t lose your salvation. “Whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). The moment you place your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior you enter into a permanent, eternal relationship with God and His royal family. “God has given us eternal life and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life and he who does not have the Son of God does not have life” (1 John 5:11-13).
