There is a connection between what you think and your health. Anxiety produces mental-attitude sins, such as fear, anxiety and worry. Constant mental tension will eventually affect your health. The faith-rest drill is concentrating on God for perfect peace. “You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You” (Is 26:3). God mandates that you should not be anxious about anything. “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God” (Phil 4:6).
