As a spiritually mature believer, an invisible hero, you are the salt of the earth. “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its flavor...it is good for nothing” (Matt 5:13). You are a preserving factor for our nation when you allow the Holy Spirit to use you. How do you act as salt? Stay filled with the Holy Spirit. Grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord. “Grow in the grace and knowledge of your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Pet 3:18). Reflect the mind of Christ. “Let this mind be in you that was also in Christ Jesus” (Phil 2:5). Glorify God to the maximum—that’s how you become the salt of the earth!
