Curiosity is not the same as positive volition. To grow spiritually, you must use your volition, and choose, to study the Word of God consistently. “In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge” (Col 2:3). It’s the Word of God that makes you rich in wisdom. “I love those who love me [wisdom], and those who seek me diligently will find me” (Prov 8:17). Faith is required to seek God. A result of seeking Him is you are guaranteed divine protection. You can go through life with a ‘wall of fire’ around you. “Every word of God is pure, He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him” (Prov 30:5). The insight, foresight, knowledge, and understanding our Lord and Savior acquired in His human body we can have also.
