Jesus Christ redeemed us from the slave market of sin. Our debt to God has been paid in full, and we are now free of the penalty of death and the power of sin. “For by grace are you saved through faith” (Eph 2:8-9). Allowing sin to control your life and making bad decisions is a door to doom. “Thank God for His grace that gives us victory over sin and the victory over death in Christ Jesus our Lord” (1 Col 15:57). Don’t hide anything from God - He sees. “If you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at the door, and it desires to dominate it. You must subdue it” (Gen 4:7). You subdue sin using problem-solving devices number one (Rebound) and number two (Filling of the Holy Spirit).
