"The Four C’s" describe the process for learning God's Word, understanding Him and growing spiritually: communicate, capture; comprehend, and convert (or comply). The pastor-teacher’s job is to communicate. The ministry of the Holy Spirit empowers you to capture and comprehend what you hear. Then by believing it, you convert it into understanding and applying it to the circumstances in your life. This is wisdom powered by faith. “Blessed is the one who finds wisdom and obtains understanding” (Prov 3:13).
