“My days vanish like the smoke, and my bones burn like glowing embers” (Ps 102:33). Time does not shout; it just runs out quicker than you think. A key to your spiritual life is using the faith-rest drill: claim a promise, reverse your concentration focus on God instead of yourself and your problem, and come to a Biblical conclusion standing on the promises of God. When you focus on the problem, you fail to see God’s solution. “Picking up the shield of faith so you can stand against the devil's strategy” (Eph 6:11-16). Learn to trust the justice of God. God will vindicate you. Our battle is with mental attitude sins. “Cease from anger. Forsake wrath. Fret not thyself in any way to do evil” (Ps 37:8). The issue is always God’s timing, not yours. Be patient.
