You need to arm your soul with God’s Word. “Put on the full armor of God so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil” (Eph 6:11). You must prepare the souls of your children and grandchildren with God’s Word. Divine viewpoint acts as brakes when they are tempted to go wide open down the hill with their lost friends. If the 10 problem-solving devices aren’t in the mentality of your soul, you won’t be able to successfully live the Christian life. Every believer must grow in their soul because it’s the soul that’s going to spend eternity with God in heaven. “Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord and He will exalt you” (James 4:10).
