Special guests, Jim and Amy McNamee (no relation...that they will admit) join us to discuss what it was like to be at ground zero in Antelope where the Rajneesh movement changed the lives and landscape forever. With the recent release of the Netflix series entitled Wild, Wild Country old feelings were brought to the surface again and a new generation was exposed to the wild and western story of what happens to a small town when its not small or the locals town anymore. Some great discussion with Jim and Amy and the rest of the Reachers as we talk about what happened at the local level and what the movie overlooked. We also discuss some recent wildfire and how a community comes together in ways that most will only read about. And Amy reveals that she is one of two local cowgirls who have been chosen to participate in the 2022 Mongol Derby...the longest and toughest horse race in the world! We will be learning more about her and this race in the coming episodes! Rawley was off the grid at a dog trial, so we only talk a little trash about him. This is our favorite episode to date, and one that will surely make you think and hopefully smile.
