Description

Hang on to your hat, for an episode that is sure to be in the Far Reaches Hall of Fame!  The gang has been busy golfing, haying, studying and fixing.  All things "ing" for sure.  Joel leads the discussion on the 80's classic, The Great Outdoors and laugh their way through some of the finer moments of this John Candy and Dan Aykroyd family funny.  They try their hand at rating this classic and it comes in with an average score of 7 out of 10!  Word of the week is Factoid which sparks some interesting discussion on the current state of the news cycles and social media and if you say it enough, it becomes a "fact".  Also some insight into Bio Metrics, how safe is our data and how foreign apps are intertwined in all that we do with our "smart" phones.   Micah and Rawley have story time and the whole gang talks about the show Alone on Netflix. This inspires them to think of the 10 items they would each bring to survive in the arctic, which they will discuss on the next episode.  Richard has been busy studying and Joel wonders what Antelope was like before the people in red took it over. Micah picks the Ken Kesey novel made into the Paul Newman directed, Sometimes A Great Notion for the next movie to discuss.   They gang are all in fine form, so enjoy and let us know what 10 items you would bring to survive alone in the arctic. This is sure to spark some heated debate!
