Dear brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, God is not interested in the sacrifices of unbelievers. Matthew 5:23-24 says, "23 So if you are presenting your offering at the altar, and while there you remember that your brother has something [such as a grievance or legitimate complaint] against you, 24 leave your offering there at the altar and go. First, make peace with your brother, and then come and present your offering" (AMP).
We've seen David's life-the unruly sins he committed just to gain self-desire. We then study further in his life how he was able to quickly make a U-turn back to God. Beloved, not even the bulls or money would be enough. He does not need your money. What God requires from you is your heart. A righteous and broken heart to reconnect back to Him. No wonder he was a man after God's own heart.
