First question for you. Are, you happy? Are you happy or do you have your time?
Have, you achieved what you wanted to achieve by this point in your life?
Remember when you used to say, when you were we and I'm older, I want to be
this, and then when you got older, by the time I'm 40, I want to have achieved
this. Or, I've got a bucket list, I wanted to do that. Have you achieved what
you wanted to achieve? Are, you grateful? Do you feel grateful? Are you in tune
with yourself? When we talk about mind, body and spirit, that connection
between heart and mind, have you got that right? Or are you very much still a
work in progress? You're maybe one of these people. That's all for the meal
plan, all for the workout. That's all I'm interested in. I'm not interested in
the mindset stuff. Oh, my God. If I could maybe just get my hands on you and
give you a virtual shake. If that's you, that's the bit that's missing for you.
That's probably the reason why you found me, even though you don't even realize
it. Are you in touch with who you're supposed to be? Do you think you've got a
long, healthy life in front of you? Are there things that you would like to
change about you right now? Not how you felt last week, not how you're going to
feel in six weeks time, right now, in the present moment? Is there things about
you that you would like to change that could come on loads of different levels?
It could come a body shape? How you think, maybe your relationship, maybe your
job? In your job, can you give the world service and significance? Can you
actually bring service and significance to the lives of people, whoever and
wherever in your job? Do you feel valued? Do you feel like you contribute, like
you're a somebody? How loved are you in the world? How loved are you by your
loved ones, by your friends, by the people that you surround yourself with? How
loved are, you?
What does it feel like when you feel
valued? what's the feelings you attached? Feeling valued. When I feel valued, I
feel warm. I feel fuzzy. I feel settled and content. I'm usually smiling. Maybe
you've got a weak glint in my eye. I'm, open and giving and caring. I'm
compassionate and understanding.
