Description

In this episode of The Men’s Mental Health Series, I talk about decisiveness, self trust, and what it really means to believe in yourself. We dig into the idea that confidence is not about knowing everything, it is about trusting that you can figure things out as you go.

I talk about how many men feel lost, unsure of direction, or pressured by outside definitions of success. I share why relying on other people to tell you who to be and what to chase only creates more confusion. Real clarity starts when you connect with yourself and decide to trust that you can learn, grow, and adapt.

This episode also explores quiet confidence. Not hustle culture. Not loud motivation. But the kind of belief that brings calm to your mind. I talk about how getting to that quiet is uncomfortable at first, because you have to face the noise you have been avoiding. I share why therapy has been such an important part of my own journey and how the real work happens between sessions.

This is an episode about trusting yourself, building your own definition of success, and learning to move through life knowing you will figure it out.
