Description

We are talking about anger.

Everyone feels anger. The real question is what do you do with it. Do you pause and understand it, or do you let it explode and damage your life, your relationships, and how you see yourself.

In this episode, I talk about how anger is often not just one emotion. It is usually mixed with sadness, grief, shame, fear, or pain. Anger is just the loudest one, so it gets all the attention. When you slow down and sit with it, even for a few seconds, you can start to untangle what you are really feeling.

We talk about sitting with emotions instead of stewing in them, releasing what needs to be released, and learning how to channel what you feel in productive ways. Physical movement, journaling, and honest reflection can help. Destructive outlets only create more damage.

For a lot of men, anger is the only emotion that ever felt acceptable to show. This episode is about learning to respect all your emotions, not just the loud ones, and building a healthier relationship with what you feel instead of burying it or blowing up with it.
