In this episode, I talk about grief. Loss shows up in all of our lives, big, small, and everything in between. Grief can feel heavy, sudden, and unpredictable. It comes and goes, but it never fully disappears.
A lot of men are taught to stay silent, push it down, ignore it, and move on. But when you bury grief, it does not go away. It shows up as anger, disconnection, numbness, and distraction. You feel it whether you face it or not.
I talk about why feeling your grief matters. Feeling does not mean falling apart. Sometimes it means sitting quietly with heaviness. Sometimes it means journaling, talking to someone you trust, or giving yourself permission to be vulnerable.
True strength is not avoiding grief. True strength is being able to sit with it, feel it, and move through it in a healthy way. This episode is about giving yourself permission to feel, to process, and to heal at your own pace.
