Description

For a lot of men, value is tied to what we provide, what we produce, and how hard we work. In this episode, I talk about why your work matters, but it is not who you are.

We get into the idea that your worth is rooted in who you are as a person, how you see the world, and how you treat the people around you. If everything external can be taken away, then your identity cannot live in those things.

We also talk about rest, emotional care, and learning how to take care of yourself in ways you were probably never taught. You cannot know who you are if you never slow down enough to connect with yourself.

This podcast exists to start conversations, with others and with yourself. These soft and nuanced parts of life are not weak. They are the glue that holds everything together.
