Lisa is a self-love coach and inner child guide. Her cosmic journey to self-love began in 2010 when she set the intention to not let her relationship wounds define her future. Through deep inner work she learned how to heal her inner child wounds, break free from relationship patterns, and connect to her true self. As a result of this transformative work, Lisa is on a mission to guide others to cultivate self-love and worth.
