Fear is often the excuse of why you feel stuck and lost in life. Which is why you often refuse to take action and decide what you really want. So today I want to just be simple in ways to go after what you want.

understanding where the fear came from.
Step 2 Acceptance.
The way to overcome any fear is to accept it
Step 3 Baby Steps!
it is ok to take small and simple steps.
Bonus step which is opposite of baby steps is just take the leap of faith and go all in.
