In this episode, we interview Cristina Bowerman. Cristina is the chef of Glass Hostaria in the Trastevere neighborhood in Rome and the only female chef in Rome who has been awarded a Michelin star. In the second part of our program, we will speak with Pierette Simpson, a native of Pranzalito, near Torino. She is a survivor of the shipwreck of the Andrea Doria, the luxury liner that sank on July 25, 1956 when it was struck by the Swedish ship Stockholm.
