In this episode, we spoke with Director Michela Smith and Sandi Grasso about Michela's latest projects is “Heirloom'', a short documentary about her mother Sandi and her own quest to discover why Italian Americans still love to garden. The film has been featured at numerous film festivals, including tha Arizona International Film Festival, New Jersey’s Golden Door International Film Festival, and its premiere at the Los Angeles Italia Film Festival. It will have its first showing in Italy this summer at the Andaras Film Festival in Sardinia. The documentary is produced by NOIAFT founder Taylor Taglianetti.
