This week on The Italian Radio Hour: A Tribute to Italian POW Aldo Arrighi and Italian American identity during WWII.  Join us for a very special episode of with our two guests: Andrea Franzoni, a young man from Italy who will soon embark on a 3200km cycling expedition called “TRAIN LONG GONE - For Aldo”, that will trace back the various camps throughout the US where his “nonno” Aldo Arrighi was an Italian POW; 🚴  Joining Andrea, is Michael DiLauro, a celebrated director and producers of documentaries and television programs, who, with his documentary “Prisoners Among US” on Italian American identity and WWII was awarded the Grand Jury Prize for Best Documentary at the New York International Film Festival, and Montreal Film Festival. 🎥
