After a "sensorial" tour of Prosciuttificio Prolongo, we caught up with Arianna Prolongo, third generation owner of PROSCIUTTIFICIO PROLONGO to learn about the steps and the quality assurance processes to guarantee and obtain the one and only Prosciutto San Daniele DOP stamp.
