In This Solo episode, I'm sharing 3 of the steps in my 12 Step process to forgiveness.  Forgiveness is a hard word for many women.  I'm breaking down 3 steps you can begin today to address unforgiveness in your heart. Unforgiveness shows up in your speech, your relationships, and how you relate to others.

When you hear the word forgiveness, what do you feel?  The desire not to feel is why you have ignored the issues of your heart concerning forgiveness.  The time is now. You have held on for too long.  It's Time!
