This week on the podcast, I take inspiration from previous episodes where I explored emotional intelligence and healing needed in interpersonal and romantic relationships.  This I look at what happens in romantic relationships when that healing doesn't happen.  Thanks to the like of Draya Michelle and T.I., I'm looking at "Struggle Love".  I examine how trauma and unhealthy relationships of the past can set us up for struggle love.  I examine signs of emotional abusive relationships.  I look at how we can learn to love differently and more healthy in our romantic relationships by highlighting why differentiation of self is important in romantic relationships.
