Coach Sergio , founder of Limitless Performance, has a passion for coaching and athletic performance which stems from a successful soccer career and years of studying how to make an athlete better. He believes everyone is Limitless, with no bounds, and he strives to help all of his athletes and clients realize that every day is a chance to improve on anything they choose. Sergio is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University. He was a two-year starter for the Montgomery College Men’s Soccer team and holds a U.S. Soccer Federation National D coaching license.
