In line with the Easter holidays, we thought we'd take the chance to talk about 'recharging our batteries'. In the midst of all this, Louis' voice sounds like Robocop, Vicky reveals her streak (headspace not snapchat), Brad (the master of burnout apparently) throws up at school, and Toni starts banging on about the 'Energiser bunny'. Other highlights include Toni completely forgetting to ask a question and Louis demonstrating mindfulness breathing (which his mic doesn't pick up).
The serious bit: Recharging our batteries refers to partaking in self - care and rest. Athletes have a busy lifestyle and taking time to themselves can often be overlooked.
