After a somber week without TMNT Shellcast, Chris, Jon and Andrew return with a breakdown of "Burne's Blues" from season 3 episode 7 of the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. In the episode, Burne Thompson is dissatisfied with Channel 6's investigative reporting, prompting him to return to journalism and search for the Turtles. Meanwhile, April and the Turtles investigate broken refrigeration units, where they discover Shredder, Bebop, and Rocksteady are behind the crippling heatwave in New York. After a WILD series of events, the Turtles save April and thwart Krang's plan to cool the Technodrome using stolen nutrifreeze.
