I was truly honored to sit down with Olivia Myles, a remarkable woman whose story is both heartbreaking and deeply inspiring. Olivia is a mother of five who experienced the unimaginable loss of her second-born son to an accidental drowning. She knows grief intimately, but she also knows what it means to live after grief. For the past 10 years, Olivia has turned to journaling as a powerful tool for healing. Through that journey, she discovered something many grief books miss, grief doesn’t respond to inspiration alone. It takes intentional work, and Olivia provides just that with her carefully crafted journal prompts designed to guide others step by step through their own healing process.

Also joining us was Chani Bergen, who shared a deeply moving story about the loss of her fiancé and how Olivia helped her begin to heal.

This is a conversation about loss, love, and the slow return to light.
