Stress is an individualized personal experience. What you perceive as stressful, another person might not. Movement to moment in the background our brain is always scanning for danger to keep us alive. Whether we are thrown into a stress response or not is dependent upon many things. Essentially it is dependent on your stress threshold and what your brain perceives as a stress trigger. In this episode I talk about how to identify stress tiggers and what to do about it. That way you have better focus, creativity and your adrenals are not taxed 24/7 draining your energy, and fueling any pain and inflammation in the body.
