Jasmar "Jazz" Bennett is mother of two sons, accomplished educational leader, and podcast/event host. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Florida A&M University and a Master's in Educational Leadership from National Louis University. With over two decades of experience, Bennett has fused her passion for education and hosting to cultivate her brand. In 2021, she launched the award-winning "Jazzie Conversations With Jazz" podcast, celebrating "The power of the comeback" every Monday at 7 pm on IG LIVE and all podcast platforms.
Recognized with the 2022 Leadership in Media Award by the Lakeland NAACP, Bennett is actively engaged in leadership initiatives, including being part of the Leadership Lakeland Class XL, a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated & serving on the board of the non-profit, "Girls Leave A Mark". Bennett was also a 2024 recipient of the Bartow Juneteenth Community Service/Impact Award. She currently serves as the Community Liason/ Director of Programs at Academy Prep Center of Lakeland.
