Description

Welcome to the Therapy Sisters Podcast! We are so glad you are here!!
Get comfy as we talk with our guest, Sarah, about recognizing her emotions and learning to nurture them so she could grow into the best, most connected version of herself.
Sarah Howell is a fiery, quirky, creative soul with a passion for anything she can do with her heart and her hands. In her new Podcast, Howl of The Heart, she explores her passions for self-discovery, people, the arts, and empowerment through an examination of the human condition - with many laughs along the way.
She has a gift for holding space for others, to be heard, held, and radically encouraged. With 8 years of experience in the holistic health and wellness field as a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, breathwork, and meditation guide - she shares her own experiences of the many topics covered and tangible tools that have worked for her and her guests along the way. She loves to sing karaoke, attend cuddle puddles with friends, throw pottery, and loves challenging the status quo.
She owns her own Therapeutic Massage practice, Sixth Sense Massage & Bodywork, with two partners in North Georgia and has a dream of building her own ceramics studio in the coming year.

Listen as Sarah shares her recognition of shutting down emotion and the masks she wore to preserve herself.
Listen as she shares about recognizing her need for change and adjusting to coming into her body and emotional side.
Listen as Sarah shares what she learned about herself as she reconnected with her emotional side.
Listen as we discuss vulnerability in emotion and shifting perspectives to connect to deeper parts of ourselves and others.
