We just watched a movie about a female assassin, raised to kill by a mysterious and ill-defined male-run organization, who kills the father of a young girl, only to become the adoptive protector of the girl with whom she ultimately forms an emotional bond, all while her mentor and father figure supports her behind the scenes even as we increasingly suspect he may be hiding dark secrets from her.
