Description

Mama is by far the the most widely used word in different languages, to mean mother; and in commemoration of this year’s mother’s day, we could not get any other social construct unraveller save for the former Miss Uganda (2002/2003), Dr. Zoe Nakuya. She is a medical doctor and a health policy specialist who, at the core, values wellbeing, joy, happiness, passion, inner peace and authenticity. She is the author of Choose to live happily even after and in the book, she serves a collection of 9 empowering life lessons for the African single mother, and any person who has experienced single parenthood.

In this episode, she gifts us her wisdom and further shares about how she experienced some moments in which she stood for what she believed in.
