In commemoration of the mental health awareness month, Onyango Otieno and Nabuguzi Kiwanuka, in this episode, share experiences on how one’s mental health status can affect emotions, thoughts and behaviors. The two relied on some subtle symptoms and signs and also brought forward some unhealthy environments that affect us unknowingly; how we cope adaptively and maladaptively; and finally how all of us are a work in progress. The episode is a co-hosted one. Onyango speaks, Nabuguzi speaks. A Kenya-Uganda trans-border kind of relatability.
