Today the Keep Going Group welcomed on Petar Arbov, and we switched up the format a little bit as well! We jump into it right from the get go with Petar about his life story. From moving to the USA from Bulgaria at 15 to playing baseball at Concordia, a top 25 school in the country at the time, Petar has gone through his fair share of trials and tribulations to get to where he is today. Not being around his family, language barrier, and many other things were barriers to success for Petar, but he did not let any of that stop him. Because, just like he said about his mental health tip of the week, he just gets sh*t done! Petar has continued his athletic career by competing in CrossFit and also personal training. After this episode, you should probably just go ahead and run the whole thing back again to listen to all the great tips Petar had for current athletes out there. One that stuck out the most to us was regret, Petar detailed having a ton of regret with how he approached baseball and things he wish he could change. He wants athletes to stay present and compete with quality work put in every day. Give Petar your full attention and get the notepad out!

Social Media Shout Out: https://www.instagram.com/p/CrMKcJ4A1tF/ Andrew Toles has been away from the game for five years while battling mental health issues. And even though we are die hard cubs fans on this show, we have to tip the cap to the Dodgers on this one as they kept Toles on a contract so he can receive the help he needs.
