This week due to some weather complications we are bringing you episode 23 on a hump day! We appreciate Gannon Ruckman and him making the time for us while we chopped it up late one night after some crazy playoff baseball threw off his schedule. Everyone in the sports world knows how flexible you have to be and this week was no different! We want to thank Gannon for coming on and talking about the transition he has been through over the last four years. His journey as a baseball player then to player coach at CMU, Central Methodist University, is nothing short of inspiring. Gannon goes into depth over his struggle of the yips and how he learned to make an impact on his team while transitioning from the field into the dugout in this midweek Keep Going episode.
