The KG boys sit down with Antenella Ibrahim, author of The Mount of the Elite, to discuss mental health in sports and finding yourself outside of sports. Pat says it multiple times in this episode, and he is right, the future of mental health is in good hands. At 19, Antenella has an amazing perspective on what life should be and what failure means versus failing. We were amazed at her maturity on the subject and we need more people at this age engaging in these meaningful conversations to end the stigma on mental health, especially in athletics.
