Today we have one of the most vulnerable episodes I can remember in Keep Going Podcast history. Dustin Gillum, Crossfit Owner, Instructor, Husband, and Father. He walks us through his journey that started at 320 pounds in August 2012 and at its lowest got to below 150 pounds. Through these extreme weight changes came extreme lifestyle changes. Dustin walked us through his ability to find balance in these extremes. He has personally affected our Co-host Luke while instructing him at Crossfit pistol creek and being a huge positive influence in his life.
